MIXING
1.
Place the cement mixer on a level surface.
NOTE: Maximum slope the cement mixer may be placed on is 5 degrees, see
figure 8.
2.
Loosen stability bolt (N) and rotate mixing drum (Q) to the position the concrete is
to be poured. Tighten stability bolt (N).

Connect to power source.
The extension cord should be plugged into a 3 prong, grounded, 110/120 V
power connection. Although minumum gauges are listed in the Extension Cord
Chart, 14 gauge (AWG) is recommended for all cord lengths.

cord will cause voltage to drop resulting in power loss to the motor and
overheating.
To reduce the risk of injury. Before each use, ensure T-handle
bolt is tight.
4.
Place the ON/OFF switch to the ON (I) position to start.
NOTE: Run the cement mixer 3–5 minutes before loading the first time.
5.
With drum rotating add water, one shovel full of aggregate (gravel) and cement.
NOTE: The aggregate will break up lumps in the cement.
6.
Add remaining aggregate (gravel) and sand.
7.
Mix cement for one minute.
