Midwest Air Technologies, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that each Cement
Mixer to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to replace under
this warranty any defective products or part under one year warranty from the original
date of purchase.
Warranty Disclaimers: This warranty does not cover defects or damage of the
Cement Mixer, which result from repairs or alterations outside our factory. Nor shall it
apply to any Cement Mixer, which has been subject to abuse, or used in violation of
written instructions furnished by Midwest Air Technologies, Inc., neither by the use of
voltages other than indicated on this product, negligence, cosmetic defects that do not
interfere with function, accidents, damaged caused by fire or an act of God, or freight
cost from the customer to Midwest Air Technologies, Inc.

Midwest Air Technologies, Inc.'s liability for damages to you for any costs whatsoever
arising out of this statement of limited warranty shall be limited to the amount paid for
this product at the time of original purchase, and Midwest Air Technologies, Inc. shall
not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out
of the use or inability to use this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you.
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited to one year from the date of the original purchase. Some states
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations
may not apply to you.
