TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Switch off the main switch first.
Use personal protective equipment.
CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check main switch and/or fuses and/or line current.
Adjust button.
Disengage safety switch and find cause of blockage.
Check fuses. Check adjustment of motor protection.
Reload motor protection and check its proper operation.
Check programming of time clock.
-
Connect the motor correctly.
-
Remove one or more links.
-
Check the intake boot and remove any object pres-
ent.
-
Remove all feed from the drop tubes (open all outlets,
stop the Flex-Auger, let Discaflex run). Adjust the
transport capacity lower than 1000kg/h(=until the car-
riers are visible).
Check fuses. Check adjustment of motor protection. Re-
load motor protection and check its proper operation.
Check proper operation of the Discaflex safety switch.
Install the cover correctly, so that it activates the magnet
switch.
Re-install the chain on the chainwheel. Check the chain
length.
This is not a breakdown; it will settle after some use.
Check the whole circuit. Install the chain in the correct
direction.
Realign circuit. Check all suspensions and readjust
where needed.
Remove the covers and clean the corner wheels.
