Mounting Instructions

The dimmer control unit and the 3 puck lights are all connected on one continuous cord.
Therefore some planning will be required prior to installation. Before installing your puck light
kit, place the dimmer control unit and puck lights on a clean surface and adjusting the cord
length to simulate spacing. Once the spacing has been determined, transfer the locations of
the dimmer control unit and puck lights to the mounting surface(s). The puck lights may have
the mounting caps pre-installed on the top of the puck lights. With limited force, pry the cap off
with your fingers to remove them. NOTE: Verify everything is properly spaced prior to drilling
the pilot holes.

Troubleshooting Guide

Minor problems often can be fixed without the help of an electrician. Before doing any work on the
fixture, shut off power supply at the circuit breaker panel to avoid electrical shock.
Problem
Fixture doesn't light
Fuse blows or circuit breaker
trips when light is turned on

Cleaning Instructions

You may want to periodically clean the fixture using a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner and soft
cloth. Do NOT use solvents or cleaners containing abrasive agents. When cleaning the fixture,
make sure you have the power turned off and do not spray liquid cleaner directly onto the
fixture, connection sockets, linking cord plug or switch.

Replacement Parts List

Keep this guide handy for
ordering replacement parts.
Locate positions on the mounting surface where the puck
lights are to be mounted and mark the two holes in the
mounting cap (Fig. 1).
Dimple the surface with either an awl, a nail, or drill a small pilot
hole for the cap screws. Fasten the mounting caps with two of
the included cap screws (Fig. 2).
Once the mounting cap is secure, bring the puck light up to
connect with the mounting cap. Engage the locking
mechanisms by centering the puck light under the mounting
cap and then, with minimal force, push the puck light up onto
the mounting cap until it is thoroughly engaged and clicks into
place (Fig. 3). NOTE: When engaged correctly, the puck light
can freely be turned in either direction.
Hold the dimmer control unit against the mounting surface and
mark the locations for the mounting screws. Dimple the
surface with either an awl, a nail, or drill a small pilot hole for
the mounting screws. Fasten the dimmer control unit to the
cabinet with two mounting screws (Fig 4). NOTE: Let the cords
hang freely and do not fasten them into place during this part
of the installation.
If there is excess cord, rotate the puck light in a clockwise
direction while slowly guiding the cords into the opening with
your fingers (Fig. 5). NOTE: Do not wind more than 10 in. of
cord from each side. This may cause the puck light to
disengage from the mounting cap.
Any excess cords can be secured using the cord mounting
clips (Fig. 6). Use caution when attaching the cord mounting
clips to the cabinet to ensure that the metal nail does not
pierce the cord.
