Take into consideration the location of the power control unit (on/off switch and dimming
control), the power hub, and the puck connector cord before mounting the pucks. NOTE: The
power control unit must be within 5 feet of an electrical outlet, the power hub must be within
24 inches of the power control unit, and the pucks must be mounted within 36 inches of the

The pucks may have the mounting caps pre-installed on the
top of the pucks (depending on the production run). Rotate
the cap counter clockwise and remove them.
Locate the positions on the mounting surface where the pucks
are to be mounted and mark the center location of each puck.
Once the center points of the pucks have been determined,
hold each mounting cap in place and mark the two holes.
Dimple the surface with either an awl, a nail, or drill a small
pilot hole for the cap screws. Secure the mounting caps with
the two cap screws provided.
Once the mounting cap is secure, bring the puck to the
mounting cap, engage the catches on the puck with the
groves on the cap and turn clockwise.
