Standby, battery is waiting to rapid charge
• Battery voltage is too low, or battery is too hot or too cold. Battery
will automatically begin charging once condition is corrected.
• New battery or Ultra-High Capacity battery. The LED may go into
flashing Red after several minutes. Remove and reinsert battery
to get another recovery period. This procedure may requires
several repeats.
