1. Place the APX IMPRES 2 Single-Unit Charger on a flat surface.
2. Firmly insert the power supply barrel connector into the charger DC Input Socket at the
back of the charger.
3. Plug the power supply (power adapter) into a matching power outlet.
4. Upon successful power-up, the pocket LED shows Green for one second. If the LED
does not turn on, check the power supply cord connections.
5. Insert the radio with battery or stand-alone battery into the pocket.
6. When the radio or stand-alone battery is properly seated in the pocket, charging status
will be indicated on the charging indicator LED. If the charging indicator LED does not
indicate start of charging, check radio or stand-alone battery seating in the pocket and
power supply cord connections.
7. The radio or stand-alone battery is ready for use when the LED is Steady Green.
