WALL SET INSTALLATION

1. Symbols and Descriptions

 APPLY ADHESIVE where indicated. Apply 1/4" to 3/8"
round bead.
 APPLY SEALANT where indicated.

3. Install Back Support

Locate back panel support board 33-5/8" from bathtub
ledge.

Secure board to studs using 1-1/4" drywall screws.

2. Stud Placement
IMPORTANT! Studs must be plumb and square to fl oor.
Inside corners must be square.

Determine fixture locations for new plumbing installations
(See page 3, Roughing-In).
Install additional studs as shown to secure top fl anges.
Install additional studs as shown for side panel support.
Stud length must be 57" high and be located 18" from the
fl oor.
4. Prepare Back Panel
Verify straight and
square to bathtub.

Position back panel as shown.
 CAUTION: Drill 3/16" clearance holes into fl anges only.
Do not drill 3/16" holes directly into studs. Drill chuck can
damage panel. Use an extended bit holder to reduce risk of
drill chuck hitting panels.

Drill 3/16" holes at all stud locations on top flange.
