Warranty
The warranty is granted only to the original purchaser within the warranty period of 24 months from the date of phy-
sical receipt of the products. The above warranty applies only if the products have been properly stored, trans-
ported and used and excludes defects due to normal wear and tear. Products are free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use and comply with product descriptions. It is the responsibility of the customer to
inspect the products immediately upon receipt for conformity and obvious defects and, if necessary, to inform the
manufacturer of these in writing. If the manufacturer was unable to detect any defects or faults after receiving writ-
ten notification from the customer and inspecting the products, the customer shall bear the costs incurred by the
company as a result. Inquiries and notifications under this warranty should be directed to Lifting Vaporizer GmbH,
Hans-Geiger-Str. 33, 91052 Erlangen, Germany. Neither individuals nor groups of individuals are authorized by the
company to assume or establish any other liabilities or liability terms for the company in connection with the pro-

ducts other than those set forth herein. The warranty is granted in lieu of other warranties (whether express or implied),
rights or conditions, and the customer acknowledges that, except in the case of such limited warranty, the products
will be delivered „as is". The company disclaims, without limitation, all other warranties, whether express or implied.
This includes without limitation, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising out of a particular manner of performance, regularity or usage.
