Liability
Any handling of the products requires precise knowledge and observance of these instructions for use. If the products are
used for purposes other than those for which they were intended, liability for the safe use of the products shall in all cases
pass to the operator. Any intended use only includes the plant parts mentioned in these instructions for use. Lifting Vapo-
rizer GmbH is not liable if these instructions for use are not followed. Repairs may only be carried out by the manufacturer.
Only original parts may be used to operate the products. Any attempt to open the evaporator will result in damage to the
product and loss of warranty and is prohibited. Under no circumstances shall the company be held liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of revenue, loss of
revenue, depreciation of goodwill or fitness for use caused by the customer or a third party, whether by action of contract,
tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the company's liability
for any damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement exceed the purchase price of the products. The terms

of this Agreement agree and acknowledge that the risks are shared between company and customer, that company's
pricing reflects such sharing of risks, and that company would not have entered into this Agreement without such sharing
and limitation of liability. Where jurisdictions limit the scope or exclude limitations or exclusion of remedies or damages or
obligations, such as liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties,
the above limitation or exclusion of warranties, remedies, damages or liabilities shall apply to the fullest extent permitted
by applicable law. Customer may also have other rights which vary by state, country or jurisdiction. The information
contained in this manual is based on our experience and reflects our current knowledge and skills at the time of printing.
Lifting Vaporizer GmbH assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions or misinterpretations in the content or any information
contained herein. Users are advised that any use of the products described must comply with local laws, regulations and
codes. Furthermore, users of the products are advised that they are solely responsible for determining and ensuring the
suitability of the respective product for the intended application.
