STEP 1: Programming of door release time
Door release time is expressed in seconds.
It is possible to enter one digit only, to program time
in seconds from 0 to 9.
In the example described below a door release time
of 5 seconds is entered.
0 5
(3 confirming beeps)
or
5
(3 confirming beeps)
Acceptable
values:
(corresponding effectively to 0.5 seconds) to "99"
seconds.
STEP 2: Programming of door release codes
(max. 8)
Enter the door release codes in sequence, each
followed by the
can have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 digits.
If entering a code with less than 3 or more than 8
digits is attempted, a single 3 second beep will
follow and the code will be cleared.
For example:
1
st
door release code
1 4 0
2
nd
door release code
5 8 1 0 0 7 0 8
..............................
..............................
th

door release code
5 8 0 1
(long beep of approx. 5 seconds)
The module then returns automatically to its normal
operation mode and the programming phase is thus
terminated (exit programming mode).
The "X" key cancel all the digits for the current code.
NOTE: It is to be noted that if two or more door
release codes having the same initial three digits
but different lengths are programmed, the module
will release the lock with the shortest code; for
example:
st
1
code
4321
2
nd
code
43216
rd
3
code
432167

th

code

"00"
seconds
key (enter code); each code

(3 confirming beeps)
If this way of operation has to be avoided, the first
three digits must be different in each code; for
example:
1
st
code
123
nd
2
code
85634
rd
3
code
5642

Overall clearing of the memory
It is possible to clear the door release module
memory of all the resident data.
In order to do that it is necessary to:
• disconnect the power supply
• press the rear password push-button
• keeping the rear password push-button depressed,
reconnect the power supply. The password push-
button must be kept depressed until the module
gives 3 confirming beeps
At this point all door release codes and the password
have been cancelled. By releasing the rear password
push-button the module will go back to its normal
operation mode.

NORMAL OPERATION

Two types of operation are possible:
a)
without external clock
b) with external clock for time band
management
Without external clock
In order to release the door a code with a minimum
of three and a maximum of eight digits (depending
on the programmed code) should be entered; two
cases are possible: the entered code is correct or
the entered code is wrong.
Correct code
Three confirming beeps are generated and the door
release command is activated for the programmed
time.
Wrong code
A long beep of approximately 3 seconds is generated
and the door release is not activated
