♦ Push the pump opening of the appliance as far as
possible onto the neck of the open wine bottle . Hole the
bottle firmly with one hand . The vacuum stopper starts
working automatically and sucks the air out of the bottle
as soon as it is sitting firmly on the rim of the bottle .
The display 1 is activated and shows the progress, the
digits flash:
♦ Once the required vacuum has been generated, the
display is full and the last digit stops flashing:
The appliance stops working .
The day counter is shown briefly on the display 1 before
switching permanently to the current temperature inside
the wine bottle in degrees Celsius (°C) . The display 1
switches off after around 5 seconds .
