TROUBLESHOOTING
If your device does not respond to the Speaker Case, there may be a
simple explanation such as a dead battery or unsuccessful pairing. Please
use the following to troubleshoot your situation. If none of the following
solve your issue, then please contact Zagg Customer Service and one of
our trained professionals will be happy to assist you.
1. Turn the speaker off and then back on. Ensure the LEDs above the
power button light indicating you have enough battery power. If the
LEDs do not light, charge your speaker.
2. After charging, turn your speaker back on. If the LEDs don't light or
your speaker won't operate correctly, please contact Zagg's customer
service.
3. If your speaker can't establish or maintain a Bluetooth connection, reset
the Bluetooth module by charging it.
4. Have your phone forget the Zagg Speaker Case and then re-pair it. For
information on pairing, see the Pairing section of this manual.
