INTRODUCTION
9. Do not switch on the barbecue unless the reflector is covered
with water.
10. Always remove the plug from the socket after use and
before cleaning. The same applies if any problems occur
during operation
11. Check the equipment for signs of damage at regular inter-
vals.
12. Never use electrical equipment that is damaged or has a
damaged power cable. All repairs must be carried out by a
service centre or an authorised specialist dealer in order to
avoid potential hazards.
13. Never use charcoal or similar combustible fuels with this
equipment.
14. The installation of a fault current protection device (RCD) is
recommended for additional protection. Please consult your
electrical installer.
15. Please ensure that the equipment is always supervised
during operation.
16. If the equipment is given to third parties, please also provide
the operating instructions.
17. During the operation of the device, the temperature of all
accessible surfaces can be considerably high.
Please ensure that the thermostat housing is properly in-
serted into the barbecue tray. All grilling must take place
in the barbecue tray: safety switch!
The table-top barbecue is equipped with a safety switch. As soon
as the heating element and the thermostat housing are removed
from the barbecue tray, the heating spiral automatically switches
off.
Please note that the element is still extremely hot immediately
after operation and must not be touched.
