OPERATION / GENERAL

can be safely cooked on the barbecue without using combus-
tible materials such as charcoal, wood etc. To do this, place the
materials directly onto the cooking grill. Do not place plastic
film on the cooking grill or cover large areas of the cooking grill
with metal foil under any circumstances.
The food must be turned occasionally during cooking. Season-
ing can also take place during cooking. If you wish to leave the
food on the barbecue for a little longer, simply move thermostat
to a lower setting so that enough heat is generated to keep the
food warm.
1. Disconnect the equipment from the power supply and allow
to cool before cleaning.
2. Remove the main element and the heating spiral from the
holder.
3. You can now remove the table-top barbecue tray, the reflec-
tor shell and the cooking grill and clean by hand (not in a
dishwasher). However, metal scourers should not be used in
order to prevent scratching. Do not immerse the heating
spiral or the thermostat in water or allow to come into
contact with moisture. These parts merely need wiping with
a dry cloth.
