Connection of the flushing
kit to the air-conditioning
service unit and the
components to be flushed
e.g. a condenser
Attach the high-pressure hose of

the air-conditioning service unit to
the non-return valve of the red hose
from the package. Attach the other
end of the red hose to a universal
adapter.
Attach the blue low-pressure hose

to the outlet of the flushing unit.

Attach one end of the yellow filler

hose from the SECU smart or the
SECU mobile package to the inlet
of the flushing unit and the other
end to the outlet of the aircon
component.
Plug 230 Volt mains connector

of the flushing unit into the
air-conditioning service unit.
In case your air-conditioning
service unit has no mating outlet,
a commercially available adapter
cable can be used to connect the
flushing unit directly to a 230 V
mains outlet. If you do you must

make sure that the plug is connected
to the mains during the evacuation
stage of the flushing process only (i.e.,
while the compressor of the air-
conditioning service unit is running).
At all other stages of the flushing
process (filling, vacuum) the flushing
unit must be off the mains.
