Warning about burns/scaldings
CAUTION: danger of burns
• Do not touch the hot surfaces during use. Allow the accessories to cool down
before changing them.
• DO NOT OPEN THE SAFETY CAP WHILE THE APPLIANCE IS BEING
USED.
• WARNING: Follow these steps before unscrewing filler cap:

Turn off the cleaner by operating button.

Unplug the appliance.

discharge the pressure from inside the boiler tank by pressing the button;

Slowly start to unscrew the filler cap, wait a few seconds, then screw it off
completely.
Caution - material damage
• The cleaner is equipped with a temperature-limiting thermostat, thermfuse
and a safety filler cap. Construction complies with EU regulations on dome-
stic appliances.
• Before using the appliance, ensure that the objects, surfaces and fabrics to
be cleaned are resistant to or compatible with the high temperature of the
steam.
In particular, follow the directions provided by the manufacturer and carry
out a test on a hidden part or a sample before using the appliance on terra-
cotta floors, wooden surfaces or delicate fabrics such as silk and velvet.
• To avoid damaging the appliance or making it unsafe, never introduce
descalers, detergents, aromatic or alcoholic products into the boiler tank.
• DO NOT USE THE GLASS WIPER ATTACHMENT IF THE SURFACE TO BE
CLEANED IS COLD. Changes in temperature could cause it to break.
• When first using the appliance or after a long pause, pour the water into a
container.
• We recommend using tap water or alternatively, distilled water.
