Benchtop Models; Mixing Process - Renfert Twister Guia De Inicio Rapido

Wall Mounting
Use the drilling template supplied for wall mounting.
Make sure the wall on which you intend to mount the device is capable of bearing its weight!
Please ensure that there are no electric cables or water pipes running through the wall at the
place of installation!
Tighten the knurled nut (9) securely.

Benchtop Models

The stand can be used to convert the vacuum mixer to a floor-mounted appliance. The stand is not part of
the standard delivery and must be ordered as an optional accessory (see www.renfert.com).
Connection
⇒ Secure the mains cable (16) through the cable safety catch (8).
⇒ Plug mains cable into socket (7) on appliance.
⇒ Plug in at the mains.
Twister venturi only
⇒ Plug the compressed air tube (17) into the tube attachment on the compressed air connection (11) as
far as it will go. There will be a slight resistance to overcome when attaching.
⇒ Select the proper coupling from the set (15) provided and install it on the other hose end to connect it to
the compressed air system.
⇒ Connect to compressed air line system.
Operation
On
The appliance is switched on and off at the switch (5). The mixing parameters last used will reappear in
the display when the appliance is switched on. The factory settings will appear the first time the appliance
is switched on.
Standby mode
The appliance will go into standby mode if no button is pressed or it stands idle for more than three min-
utes. The display will be dimmed when this happens.
Pressing a parameter key, turning the control knob or coupling the mixing bowl ends the standby mode.
Setting Mixing Parameters
⇒ Press parameter key (2a, 2b, 2c).
♦ The symbol of the pressed parameter key (20) is displayed.
♦ The parameter value is displayed in large-scale characters.
⇒ Turn the control knob (1) to change the value.
♦ The modified values are saved when the mixing bowl is coupled to the device.

Mixing Process

Always read the safety data sheets supplied by the manufacturers when mixing investment mate-
rials! Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment as and when required!
Observe maximum mark on mixing bowl. Do not fill the mixing bowl over the maximum mark. This
limit is valid for powders and liquids measured before mixing. If the mixing bowl is over-filled the
suction filter system can become soiled.
⇒ Set mixing parameters as instructed by the manufacturer.
⇒ Mix powder and liquid / duplicating silicone according to the manufacturer's instructions.
⇒ Using a spatula, lightly mix the materials together.
⇒ Install the appropriate paddle.
