Troubleshooting
Problem
Converter will not power
on.
Converter is turned
"On" but does not
produce paper.
Red lights on remote
controll continues.
Red lights on remote
controll blink.
Red light (emergency
button) is illuminated.
(*) Contact your Ranpak Distributor Service Technician if the problem has not been solved

Cause
1. On/Off switch is in "Off" position.
2. Power plug is defective.
3. Fuse is defective (melted).
4. Poor / defective connection with remote
control.
1. Paper is torn
2. Converter is not reset
3. Emergency stop has been activated.
4. Top cover or front cover is open.
5. Safety valve is not closed.
6. Faulty connections.
7. Remote control / PLC is faulty
1. Converter is not reset
1. Paper jam.
2. Converter full paper scraps
1. Top cover or front cover is open.
2. Emergency Stop has been activated.
Solution
1. Set the switch to the "On" position
2. Check the power plug.
3. Check the fuses 2x 4AT for 110V or 2x 2AT
for 220V.
4. Check the connections (*).
1. Reload the paper and reset the converter
2. Press Cut/Reset buttons simultaneously to
reset the converter.
3. Deactivate the emergency stop button and
reset the converter..
4. Close top cover or front cover and reset
converter
5. Close the safety valve completely.
6. Check the connections.
7. Contact your Ranpak Distributor Service
Technician.
1. Press the Cut/Reset buttons simultaneously to
reset the converter.
1. Remove paper jam: (*)
-
Press
the

simultaneously;
-
Pull remaining pad out of the converter
chute;
-
Paper should now feed normally
2. Remove paper scraps and reset the
converter.
1. Close top cover or front cover and reset
converter.
2. Deactive the Emergency Stop button and rest
the converter.
