It is not charged.
The switch is turned ON with the adaptor
connected to the household outlet.
The skin protector or discs are deformed,
cracked, or damaged.
Hair dust has accumulated.
Shower gel has adhered to the discs.
Shower gel has adhered to the sonic
exfoliation head.
The appliance is not used at recommended
temperature.
The appliance is pressed against skin too hard.
Not fully charged
The appliance is used on long hair.
The way the unit is applied or moved is not
correct.
Action
Fully charge the appliance.
Charging is only possible when
connected to the household outlet.
Disconnect from the household outlet
before use.
Request repair at an authorized
service center.
Clean the hair dust.
Wash it off by soaking in warm water.
Rinse in warm water. If shower gel
does not rinse away, remove the sonic
exfoliation head and soak in warm
water.
Use at the recommended ambient
temperature of 5 - 35 °C (41 - 95 °F).
Contact skin with gentle force.
Fully charge the appliance.
Use on hair approximately 2 to 3 mm
long (approximately 1/8").
