CONVERSION OF ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
Important
The appliance is supplied at an operating
voltage 400V/2N (indicated on the sticker
applied to the dataplate); conversion to
230V/3 - 230V/1N can be carried out as de-
scribed below.
Caution - warning
Before doing any work, cut off the mains
electricity supply.
1 - Undo the screws (A) and remove the control
panel (B).
2 - Modify the connections of the terminal board
(C) as shown in the diagram and in the electri-
cal system diagram at the back of the manual.
3 - Replace the control panel (B) on comple-
tion of the operation.
4 - Remove the test voltage indicator sticker
from the dataplate and apply the new one
to identify the voltage being used
Important
On completion of the operation make sure
that there are no malfunctions.

TESTING OF THE APPLIANCE

Important
Before it is put into service, the system
must be tested to check the operating con-
ditions of every single component and
identify any malfunctions. In this stage, it is
important to check that all health and safety
requirements have been complied with in
full.
To test the system, make the following checks.
1 - Check that the mains voltage is the same as
that of the appliance.

2 - Operate the appliance's circuit-breaker to
check the electrical connection.
3 - Turn on the gas supply tap and check that the
connections are right.
4 - Check that the mains gas is the same as that
used for commissioning of the appliance, and
carry out the conversion procedure if necessary
(see page 20).
5 - Check that the hob burners are igniting correct-
ly and their combustion.
6 - Check the gas pressure and flow-rate at mini-
mum and maximum settings and adjust if nec-
essary (see page 15).
