2. Install the Lavatory
Apply eight self-adhesive pads (provided) to the top edge of the
pedestal as shown.
Carefully lift the lavatory onto the pedestal. If necessary, slowly
move the pedestal and lavatory to ensure a proper fit in the
desired location.
NOTE: The lavatory must be supported by the pedestal.
Locate the two lavatory anchoring holes. Mark the hole locations
on the finished wall, then mark the floor through the hole in the
pedestal bottom.
Carefully remove the lavatory from the pedestal. Then move the
pedestal from the area.
Drill 1/4" mounting holes at the marked locations on the finished
wall and the floor.
NOTE: Fastening devices other than hanger bolts may be used to
mount the lavatory. Ensure the fastening devices are of sufficient
size and strength.
Install the hanger bolts through the drilled holes and wood
backing. The hanger bolts must extend a minimum of 1-1/4" (3.2
cm) beyond the finished wall.
Install the faucet and drain to the lavatory according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
