supply cable carefully. If it is damaged, you must not use the
appliance.

Before using the appliance

Safety
• Connect your appliance to a 10/16 A socket fitted with an
earth contact and check that your installation complies with
the standards in force and is compatible with the power and
voltage levels indicated on your appliance.
• We recommend you connect the appliance to an installation
that has a device with a residual differential current with a
breaking current that does not exceed 30mA.
• Never place your appliance either on or near an electric or
gas cooking plate, or in an oven.
• Never leave the cable hanging in a position where someone
might trip up on it.

• Never leave your appliance running unattended, and do not
leave it within reach of children or people who are not
responsible.
• In order to prevent the appliance from falling or being
damaged, never place your appliance on supports that are
unstable, not level, flexible or fragile (oilcloth, glass, varnished
wood, etc.).
• Never place your appliance near a wall or under a cupboard
(the steam could damage them).
• Only use the steam baskets provided with this appliance.
• Do not use any liquid other than water in the tank.
