Operating Instructions
• Never put the appliance onto any hot surface, e. g. a range top, and never use it or leave it close to
open fire.
• Never heat the cooling container. Never put it into the oven or microwave oven.
• Keep the cord away from any hot surfaces and do not allow the cord to hang over sharp edges. Make
sure it may not inadvertently be pulled or cause anyone to trip.
• Never operate the appliance for more than one hour without interruption. Switch it off for 30 minutes
afterwards.
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning it and when not in use.
• Never heat the cooling container to more than 40 °C. Never put it into the dishwasher and never fill it
with any warm liquid.
• Do not touch the cooling container with wet hands.
• Store the appliance in a dry place in its packing.
• This appliance is not a toy! Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near
children. Never let children play with the appliance. The appliance is not to be used by children or per-
sons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction.

Before First Use

• Clean the cooling container (7), lid (4), stirrer (6) and shaft (3) with a soft sponge or cloth and warm
water with some mild detergent. Rinse and let fully dry.
