2. Strawberry ice-cream

Ingredients: 200 g strawberries – 60 g icing sugar – 250 ml plain yoghourt
Mix strawberries and press through a sieve to eliminate the kernels.
Add icing sugar and yoghourt, mix. Fill mixture into the cooling container (while stirrer is already turning).
Tip: Use raspberries instead of strawberries.
3. Lemon sorbet
Ingredients: 150 ml lemon juice – Juice of ½ orange – 210 g sugar – 210 ml water – 1 egg white
Heat lemon and orange juice, water and sugar in a pot. Stir to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Let
cool. Whisk egg white stiff and add to the mixture in the pot. Fill preparation into the cooling container
(while stirrer is already turning).
