1/ Prepare for device installation
Installation procedure
This device has been designed to be installed in a dwelling. It is
generator (heat pump or low temperature boiler type). Ideally,
exception of the bathroom, technical and wet rooms.
If it is installed in the kitchen, the connection box must be installed at least 25cm from the ground. Do not install
near the kitchen sink.
Do not install your device in the bathroom.
Do not install your device under a permanent power socket.
Do not expose the device to the rain or possible water projections, and do not place water filled objects on top of
it (e.g. vase, glass of water).
The protection rating of the device is: IP24.
The installation must be completed according to the rules and in compliance with standards in effect in the
country of installation (NFC 15100 for France).
A room thermostat sensor is integrated in the device, and we strongly advise you do not install
thermostat sensor connected to the generator (heat pump, etc.) in the area where the device is installed for
better efficiency.
The device must be handled carefully.
Observe minimum distances with furniture when installing the device to ensure proper operation.
It is important to provide sufficient access around the device to facilitate servicing and maintenance operations.
Keep the device away from air stream, which may disrupt normal operation. (e.g. under a centralized
mechanical ventilation system, etc.)
Observe the installation direction of the device.
