5/ Connect the device to the power supply
Connection procedures
Electric connection is prohibited in any water area.
-
The device requires a 230 V Mono 50Hz electrical power.
-
The power of the device must be directly connected to the system directly after the circuit
-
breaker and without intermediate switch.
The power connection will be through the cable of the device via a connecting box.
-
This is Class II equipment, and ground connection is prohibited. Do not connect the pilot
-
wire (black wire) with the ground.
The system must be equipped with an all-pole disconnection device with a contact opening
-
distance of at least 3mm.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, customer service or a
-
similarly qualified person to avoid hazards.
The electric and water circuits are dissociated to avoid any risk of short-circuit.
-
Before connecting the device to the electrical system, ensure that the voltage is the same as
-
indicated on the device data plate.
Connection to the system must be in compliance with applicable regulations.
-
Device Electric Connection Diagram:
Turn off the power and connect the wires according to the following diagram:
It is essential to observe proper Phase and Neutral connection. If not the fan would turn the wrong
way, noise disturbance and poor performance would occur.
Main power cable
You can connect the pilot wire if your home is equipped with a programming control unit, a timer or
controller, or if your generator has a compatible pilot wire output.
In this case, to make sure the transmission of programming commands is correct, check the following
according to the chosen modes (Confort, Eco#):

Please follow the directions specified in the user's manual of your device
6/ Water connections
Connection procedures
This device is equipped with a water heat exchanger and must be installed behind a heat pump-type generator
or low temperature boiler.
According to the configuration, make sure that the water volume in the system complies with the generator's
requirements (especially during renovation or if there's a limited number of dynamic radiators in the circuit) by
reading the heat pump or the low temperature boiler manual.
