"Vari-pulse" button
- Press the "Vari-Pulse" button to use that function. The light will flash. Press the "recipe"
button of your choice: the blender will continue to run as long as you keep the button
pressed down. Release the button and the appliance will stop. You can apply and release
pressure to the button successively to obtain an immediate response and ensure fine control
over your preparation. To cancel the "Vari-Pulse" function, again press the "Vari-Pulse" button.
The light will go off and the "Vari-Pulse" function will be deactivated.
AUTO-ICE button
- To crush ice, put the ice cubes into the jug and fit the lid again. YOU DO NOT NEED TO
ADD WATER. Press the "AUTO ICE" button to use the crushed ice function.
- Stop the appliance when the mix is completed by pressing the "OFF" (stop) button.
Disconnect the appliance. Only remove the glass jug once the appliance has come to a stop
and the blades have stopped rotating.
Crusher accessory (according to models)
You can use the crusher accessory to chop coriander, pepper, Cayenne pepper, dried apri-
cots, etc. in just a few seconds.
You can use the crusher accessory to process 60g of dried apricots in 10 seconds maximum
at speed
Do not use this setting for liquid preparations.
If the model you have just bought does not include the crusher accessory, you can purchase it
from a KRUPS authorised service centre.
