3.4. Daily weighing
- Place the scales on a hard, flat surface
- Undress yourself and put yourself bare feet
- Stand on the balance by placing your feet on the
electrodes and wait until the weight value stabilizes and
stops flashing
- An animation indicates that the analysis is in progress
- Once the analysis is complete your balance displays:
Basal metabolic rate (kcal)
Body mass index (BMI)
Body fat (%)
Body water (%)
Muscle mass (%)
Bone mass (kg)
If your weight is too close to that of another user registered on the scale, it will not be
able to recognize your profile, so you will have to select the profile manually with the <
and > button.
If the profile is not detected, the display will show only the weight value.
In addition to your percentage of body fat, the scale displays an indicator that lets you
know your body fat level.
