Guarantee

• For the device and the charger, we
provide a 24 month warranty. Com-
mercial use will invalidate the guaran-
tee.
• Damages, which can be attributed to
natural wear, overloading or inappro-
priate use, are excluded from the
guarantee. Certain component parts
are subject to a normal wear and are
excluded from the guarantee. In parti-
cular, these include: collection bag.
• Furthermore, the prerequisite for gua-
rantee services is that the references
indicated in the operating instructions
regarding cleaning and maintenance
have been adhered to.
• Repair or replacement of the product
will not start a new warranty period.
• Damage, which has been caused
from material or manufacturing faults,
will be made good free of charge, by
replacement delivery or repair.
This requires that the appliance is re-
turned to the merchant undismantled
and with proof of purchase and gua-
rantee.

• For a charge, repairs not covered by
the guarantee can be carried out by
our service branch, which will be hap-
py to issue a cost estimate for you.
We can handle only equipment that
has been sent with adequate packa-
ging and postage.
• Attention: Please send your equip-
ment to our service branch in clean
condition and with an indication of
the defect. Equipment sent carriage
forward or by bulky goods, express or
other special freight will not be accep-
ted.
• We will dispose of your defective de-
vices free of charge when you send
them to us.
