• Handle the blade cartridges with care as the blade cartridges are extremely sharp. Turn the blade
cartridge upside down and use the cleaning tool (F) to remove any food.
• If the plastic parts become stained by foods such as carrots, rub the affected areas with a cloth soaked in
vegetable oil and then clean as normal.
STORAGE
• All five blade cartridges (E1, E2, E3, E4, E5) and the cleaning brush (F) can be stored on the appliance.
• Stack the five blade cartridges and place them in the storage compartment. The brush will slide into the
appropriate slot located on top of the storage compartment (Fig. 13). The storage compartment will adhere
to the appliance with magnets (Fig. 14).
• Power cord storage: fit the cord into its corresponding cavity (Fig. 15).

END-OF-LIFE ELECTRIC OR ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES:
When the times comes to replace your product, do not throw it in the bin, remove the plug and then take the
product to your local civic waste collection point.

RECIPES
Vegetable sticks
Yellow blade cartridge (E5) : sticks/fries
Ingredients for 6-8 people
5 medium carrots, peeled • 1 medium cucumber, peeled • 1 medium courgette, peeled • 2 green peppers •
2 cooked beetroots • 1 avocado without the stone
Sauce :
200ml mayonnaise • 200ml thick crème fraiche • 2 tbsp chopped onion • 1 crushed clove of garlic • 1 tbsp
mild mustard • Salt, pepper
Remove the seeds and white parts from the green peppers and cut them into sticks using the yellow blade
cartridge (E5).
Also cut the carrots, courgettes, cucumber, beetroots and avocado with the yellow blade cartridge (E5).
Place all the vegetables on a large plate in an attractive way or inside individual appetizer dishes.
Sauce :
Whisk all the ingredients and let chill in the refrigerator. Place the sauce in a bowl just before serving.
