CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE (EC)
The below signer, Christophe Hardouin, authorized by Tech & Trade bvba, whose address is Paalstraat 29, BE-2223 SCHRIEK, BELGIQUE, declares
that the TIMBERPRO models EB700A and which the function is "Engineized machine for removing dead leaves and other material in green
spaces, pathways, streets, etc. through the use of a very fast movement of air. It may be portable or non portable but mobile", is in accordance
with all of the conditions of directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery.
These machines also comply with the conditions of the following community directives:
• EC DIRECTIVE 2010/26/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 31 March 2010 changing the Directive
97/68/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to measures against the emission of gaseous and particulate
pollutants from internal combustion engines to be installed in non-road mobile machinery.
• Directive 2000/14/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 May 2000 on the approximation of the laws of the
Member States relating to the noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoors.
• Directive 2004/108/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the approximation of the laws of
the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility and repealing Directive 89/336/EEC.
