Make sure the tab on the hanger bracket
(A) properly sits in the groove in the hanger ball (B) before
attaching the canopy (B) to the hanger bracket (A) by turning
the motor housing (B) until it drops into place.
Tuck connections neatly into the ceiling outlet box.
Loosen the canopy mounting screws ( ) on the hanger
bracket (A).
Slide the canopy (B) up to the hanger bracket (A) and
place the key hole on the canopy (B) over the loose canopy
mounting screw (II) on the hanger bracket (A). Turn the
canopy (B) clockwise until the canopy (B) locks in place at
the narrow section of the key holes and tighten the canopy
mounting screws (II)
Remove the motor screws
Remove the screws (JJ) from the light plate (J) and take off
the
light plate (J).
Before installing the blades (C), remove the motor screws
(EE) from the motor (B).
Attaching the blades to the fan motor
Insert the blades (C) through the side slot of the motor (B)
and align with the three holes. If the holes do not align, the
blade (C) is upside down. Reverse the blade (C). The blade
(C) should fit snugly and the screws (EE) should slot in
vertical / perpendicular with the blade screw holes.
Secure the blades with three motor screws (EE), and ensure
that the three motor screws (EE) are tightened at the same
time. Do not over tighten the screws (EE) as this can damage
the blades (C). Repeat this process for all blades (C).
Replace the light plate (J) and secure with the previously
-removed light plate screws (JJ).
