Assembly
Remove the unit cabinet if fitted. Remove the metal
sheet electrical panel, disconnect the cables and
remove the condenser. Place the electrical heater
on the coil with the thermostats turned upwards.
Route the electrical heater cables through the rubber
membrane of the coil gasket (electrical panel
side) using a screwdriver to pry it open. Join the
two electrical cables located on the opposite side
(water connections side) paying attention to cover
the connections using the silicon rubber caps
after fastening the male and female connectors.
Position the electrical heater
the six screws D as follows: two screws in the
metal sheet structure top with the toothed washers
E and the four screws on the drain pan side.
Apply the wiring diagram to the cover inside;
apply the data plate H close to the name plate.
Route the electrical heater cables through the
slot in the electrical panel bottom. Assemble the
electrical panel B to the drain pan and secure it
using the screw previously removed. When using
1000 W heaters cod. 42N9022 on units size
25-33, replace the condenser by installing
the condenser supplied with the 2µF kit. With
all other applications, re-install the condenser
previously removed.Connect the electrical cable
from the heater thermostats (cable with the
silicon cap and female connector) to the N
(neutral) terminal of the power supply terminal
of the electrical heaters (2-pole terminal).
Connect the other electrical cable from the
heaters with male connector and silicone
cap (cable retained to the protection grid by
means of tie-straps) to the relating cable with
silicon cap connected to the relay (see fig. 4).
While connecting the above mentioned
cables, pay particular attention to apply the
silicon covers to the faston connectors.
Referring to the wiring diagram, cut the red
wire of the motor cable and isolate using the
head connector. Make sure that the cables
are not in contact with heating elements and
that they have not been stripped during kit
installation. Close the electric panel with its
cover and tighten it by means of the "I" screw
(6). Reinstall the cabinet, if present.

Montaggio
Rimuovere il mobiletto dell'unità se montato.
Rimuovere il quadro elettrico in lamiera, disconnettere
i cavi collegati e rimuovere il condensatore.
Appoggiare la resistenza elettrica sulla batteria con
i dispositivi termici di interruzione rivolti verso l'alto.
Far passare i cavi elettrici della resistenza attraverso
la membrana in gomma
(lato quadro elettrico), forzando la stessa con un
cacciavite. Unire tra di loro i due cavi elettrici situati
sulla parte opposta (lato connessioni idrauliche) avendo
cura, dopo aver effettuato il collegamento tra faston
maschio e femmina, di coprire le connessioni con i cappucci

elettrica e fissarla con le sei viti D, due sulla parte
superiore della struttura in lamiera utilizzando la rosetta
dentellata E e altre quattro

caratteristica H accanto alla targhetta dell'unità. Far
passare i cavi elettrici delle resistenze attraverso
l'asola ricavata sul fondo del quadro elettrico.
Assemblare il quadro elettrico B alla bacinella e
fissarlo con la vite precedentemente tolta. Nel caso
di elementi riscaldanti cod. 42N9022 di potenza
1000 W utilizzati per unità grandezza 25-33, si
raccomanda di sostituire il condensatore montato
con quello a corredo al kit di capacità 2µF. In tutte le
altre applicazioni rimontare il condensatore rimosso
precedentemente. Collegare il cavo elettrico proveniente
dai dispositivi termici di interruzione dell'elemento
riscaldante (cavo con cappuccio in silicone e faston
femmina) al terminale N (neutro) del morsetto di
alimentazione degli elementi riscaldanti (morsetto 2
poli). Collegare l'altro cavo elettrico proveniente
dagli elementi riscaldanti avente faston maschio e
cappuccio in silicone (cavo bloccato con fascette alla
rete di protezione) al relativo cavo con cappuccio in
silicone collegato al relè (vedi fig. 4 ). Durante la
connessione dei sopracitati cavi curare in particolare
la copertura dei faston con i cappucci in silicone.
Sul cavo motore tagliare il cavetto rosso, come da
schema elettrico, ed isolarlo con il connettore di
testa. Controllare che i cavi non siano a contatto
con elementi riscaldanti e che non siano stati
spelati durante il montaggio del kit. Chiudere il
quadro elettrico con il coperchio usando la vite
"I" (6). Rimontare il mobiletto, se presente.
