4. CONTRA-INDICAÇÕES DE UTILIZAÇÃO
A utilização dos patins e plataformas trolley PAKROL em conformidade com as
indicações deste manual assegura toda a segurança. No entanto, é necessário prevenir
o operador contra as manipulações erradas indicadas a seguir.
É PROIBIDO:
• Utilizar os produtos PAKROL além da respectiva Carga Máxima de Utilização ou sem
a placa de características fixada em cada aparelho.
• Transportar com os produtos PAKROL cargas nas quais estão posicionadas pessoas.
• Permitir que as pessoas subam para os produtos PAKROL.
• Utilizar produtos PAKROL cujo bom estado de funcionamento não esteja provado.
• Deixar cair ou chocar os produtos PAKROL. Qualquer pancada exterior pode
provocar deformações do produto.
• Deslocar os produtos PAKROL sobre um piso cuja resistência não permita o
deslocamento da carga com toda a segurança.
• Não puxar o conjunto carga + PAKROL por meio de um engenho motorizado.
• Deslocar uma carga sobre um pavimento inclinado.
• Deixar a carga cair brutalmente sobre o produto PAKROL.
• Deslocar os patins e as plataformas trolley PAKROL debaixo da carga sem a ter
calçado previamente, por meio de sistemas adequados e suficientemente resistentes.
5. MANUTENÇÃO
Todas as operações de controlo ou de manutenção nos patins e plataformas trolley
devem ser feitas sem carga e realizadas por pessoal qualificado. Depois desses
controlos, se os produtos requerem reparações, estas devem ser feitas com peças
sobresselentes de origem Tractel.
As operações de manutenção são extremamente reduzidas para estes produtos,
embora seja recomendado efectuar todos os meses as operações seguintes:
• Verificação do aperto das porcas de fixação dos eixos das rodas.
• Verificação visual do estado das rodas (corpos estranhos, fissuras, desgaste da banda
de rolamento, rotação livre da roda).
• Verificação da rotação livre da placa da plataforma trolley.

GENERAL WARNING
1. Before using the PAKROL range, it is essential that users read this manual
and comply with its instructions, in order to ensure safe and effective operation.
This manual must be kept and made available to all users. Additional copies
can be supplied on request.
2. TRACTEL accepts non responsability for the consequence of dismantling
a PAKROL skate or any modification not made under its control, in particular
in the event of replacement of original parts with parts from another source.
3. The PAKROL range has been designed to handle and move loads on the floor
according to the Working Load Limit of each model. This W.L.L is mentionned
on the identification plate fixed on the skate.
4. The total load weight shall be equally shared between the skates and the trolley
skate. It is necessary to check if one of the skate is not overloaded compared
with the other one.
5. Never use a PAKROL product which is not in anapparent good order. It is
recommended to proceed to a visual check of the wheels before use.
6. Before use, always check that the floor can support the load when moving.
This floor area shall be cleared of any obstacle which could prevent the load
from moving freely.
