1. FUNCTIONS AND DESCRIPTION
The PAKROL range has been designed to handle and move loads on the floor. The
moving of the skate and trolley skate is done manually by the operator at a very slow
speed (< 5 km/h). The floor shall be flat and resistant to the load applied. To make the
moving in a safe condition, the floor shall be built with concrete or tiled. Clay floors are
inapropriate.
2. INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
TO OFFER THE BEST LOAD STABILITY AND MAKE ITS GUIDING EASIER , WE
RECOMMEND TO SHARE THE LOAD SURFACE ON TWO SKATES AND ONE
TROLLEY SKATE FOR GUIDING.
Prior to place the PAKROL skates under the load, check that the product you have
received is in a good order mainly for the running wheels. Then fit the handle to the trolley
skate with the two bolts. As an option, we can supply the connecting bar between the
two skates, if our supply includes this equipment, then you need to bolt this connecting
bar to the frame of each skate.
INSTALLATION OF THE PAKROL SYSTEM
• With a rack and pinion or hydraulic jack, lift the load to a sufficient height to be able to
position the skates and trolley skates.
• Secure the load with wedges to prevent any fall of the load when positioning the
PAKROL.
• Place the skates and trolley skate in such a way that the load is correctly positionned in
full stability. (We advise you to use a connecting bar between the two skates to ensure
a reliable guiding when moving).
• Remove the wedges and lower the load to be positionned on the skates and trolley
skate. Before moving, ensure that the load is well balanced.
• The guiding of the load will be done with the handle of the trolley skate.
• To remove the PAKROL system after moving the load, lift the load with jacks and secure
with wedges.
3. STORAGE
When storing the PAKROL system, we recommend to place them in the original packing.
In any case, the skates and trolley skates shall be stored upside down on the rubber
cover without load. During transport operation, we recommend the operator to use the
manipulating handle.
4. WARNING AGAINST HAZARDOUS OPERATIONS
Warnings against hazardous operations have been described in the previous sections,
however, we would draw your attention to certain operations which are dangerous :
• DO NOT USE the PAKROL products over their Working Load Limit or without their
identification load plate.
• DO NOT MOVE loads with people on.

O conjunto patins e plataformas trolley PAKROL destina-se ao deslocamento de cargas
no chão. Este deslocamento realiza-se manualmente pelo operador, a baixa velocidade
(< 5 km/h) e num pavimento plano e resistente à carga total a manipular. Os pavimentos
cimentados ou ladrilhados são particularmente adaptados a esses transportes com toda
a segurança. O deslocamento sobre solo não revestido (terra batida por exemplo,
deve ser evitado).
2. COLOCAÇÃO EM SERVIÇO E CONDIÇÕES OPERACIONAIS
DE MODO A GARANTIR UMA PERFEITA ESTABILIDADE E FACILITAR O AVANÇO
DA CARGA A MANIPULAR, RECOMENDAMOS A UTILIZAÇÃO DE DOIS PATINS +
UMA PLATAFORMA TROLLEY PARA A GUIAR.
Antes de instalar os patins e a plataforma trolley, verificar se o material está em bom
estado em particular ao nível das rodas. Montar em seguida o braço de guia da
plataforma trolley fornecido. Caso seja fornecida uma barra de união entre os patins
(opção), a mesma deve ser montada no furo previsto para o efeito em cada patim.
INSTALAÇÃO DOS PATINS E DAS PLATAFORMAS TROLLEY PAKROL:
• Por meio de macacos mecânicos ou hidráulicos, levantar a carga a deslocar até uma
altura suficiente para poder posicionar os patins e a plataforma trolley.
• Colocar calços debaixo da carga de modo a evitar qualquer queda da carga ao
posicionar os patins ou a plataforma trolley.
• Colocar os patins e a plataforma trolley de modo que a carga fique distribuída de
modo uniforme sobre os mesmos e possa ser deslocada com estabilidade. (É
aconselhável utilizar uma barra de união entre os patins, de modo a assegurar pelo
melhor a orientação dos patins durante o deslocamento.
• Retirar os calços e fazer assentar a carga nos patins e na plataforma trolley. Antes
do deslocamento, confirmar que a carga está bem estabilizada.
• O deslocamento e a orientação da carga fazem-se pelo guiador da plataforma
trolley.
• Depois de deslocar a carga, a retirada dos patins e da plataforma trolley é feita
levantando a carga com macacos mecânicos ou hidráulicos e colocando calços na
carga.
3. COLOCAÇÃO FORA DE SERVIÇO E ARMAZENAGEM
Quando os patins e plataformas trolley não estiverem em serviço, recomendamos que
sejam colocados na embalagem de origem. Em todos os casos, devem ser armazenados
voltados ao contrário, assentes sobre o revestimento de borracha. Devem ser
armazenados sem carga. Durante as operações de armazenagem ou de transporte,
devem ser manipulados pela pega de transporte.
