Introduction
The RoboConnect allows you to receive operational and security alerts directly from your
robotic mower to your mobile device, anywhere in the world. In addition, subject to your
approval, the RoboConnect is capable of collecting technical data about your robotic
mower and sending it to a centralized Support Center in order to constantly improve its
performance.
Operating Instructions
Compatibility Requirements
1. The default settings of the RoboConnect allow sending technical data from your
robotic mower to the centralized Support Center. This feature of the RoboConnect
does not require any additional configuration.
2. However, in order to receive operational and security alerts from your robotic mower,
you will need to install the WOLF-Garten Loopo App on your mobile device.
3. The WOLF-Garten Loopo App is compatible with all of the latest smartphones and
tablets that fully support the Bluetooth® 4.0 standard.
4. The app is downloadable for free, either from the Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore.
Selecting Alert Types
On the "Mobile Comm. System" screen of the WOLF-Garten Loopo App (Main Menu > Lawn
& Mower Options > Mower menu):
1. Select the type of alerts* (check √ ) that will be sent to your mobile device by your
robotic mower mower:
- Theft Detect Alerts -- sent if your mower has been removed from the designated
area
- Operation Stop Alerts -- sent if your mower has stopped in the middle of
operation
2. Switch on the "Share Operational Data" option (Main Menu > App Settings) to enable
the sending of operational data from your robotic mower to a centralized Support
Center in order to improve performance.
