4. To disconnect the main power cable, use a 1/16" (1.6 mm) Allen wrench to loosen setscrew in the
brass connection block. Next, loosen setscrew on torch body connection with the Allen wrench (See
figure 5-5).

5. With the main power cable, air hose and the pilot arc cable disconnected, replacement of the torch
body assembly can be made by reconnecting a new torch body assembly in the reverse order. Be
sure to reapply electrical tape around the torch sleeving and around the brass block connection.
