Setting
4.1
Weight unit
•
Turn the scale up side down.
•
Press the weight unit button to select 'kg' (kilogram), 'lb' (pound) or 'st lb' (stone).

Personal data
Before the scale can define the users weight, fat %, water % and bone weight,
the personal data must be stored.
This can be done for 8 users.

. 'P1' will flash on the display.

Weighing
•
Place the scale on a hard and even floor.
•
Press

to select the user (1-8).

When the scale indicates '0,0', step on the scale. Make sure that you both feet
touch the metal contacts.
•
Your weight is displayed.
•
'OOO' will scroll trough the display before your weight, fat%, water% and bone
weight is displayed.
•
Step of the scale.
•
The scale will turn off after 20 (+/- 4) seconds.
It is not necessary to select the user every time you use the scale.
Once you set the user, the scale will use the same personal date every next time until
you set the user data again.
The sum of all elements can exceed 100% because muscles contain water and fat.
