Operation

4.1 Attaching the precision measuring
bar to the SCT 410
1. Place the precision measuring bar on the angle
mounting bracket.

2. Slide the star knob screw through the hole of the
angle mounting bracket and the precision measuring
bar.

1 Star knob screw (within the scope of delivery of the

3. Place the clamp with the hexagon screw on top of
the thread of the star knob screw.

4. Fasten star knob screw.

1 Arrestor cable for clamp
2 Cylinder screw (M5 x 12)
3 Washer (M5)
5. Use the snap spring to secure the enclosed arrestor
cable for the clamp (Fig. 5, item 1) to the clamp.
6. Use the screw to fasten the arrestor cable to the
angle mounting bracket (Fig. 5, item 2).
 The clamp is now secured from falling off.
