Servicing the cartridge (figures 4, 5)
– Detach the battery casing (15) and close the water inlet to the faucet.
– Pull off the temperature adjustment knob(6) and limiter (16). Open the rifled locking nut with Oras
key no. 910003 or a 38 mm wrench.
– Pull the cartridge out of the body.
– Clean the cartridge and filters under running water e.g. with a soft brush. If necessary, change for
a new cartridge.
– Lubricate the O-rings with O-ring grease (Oras 911311) and push the cartridge back into
the faucet body.
– Replace the rifled locking nut and limiter.
– Open the water inlet to the faucet.
– Attach the battery casing.
– Adjust the temperature.
– Replace the temperature adjustment knob and check that the shower operates correctly.
E10: Alert for low battery voltage. Change the batteries.
E11: Batteries are dead. The shower does not work.
Changing the batteries (figure 4)
– The shower uses four LR20 batteries (alkaline batteries recommended).
– Open the locking screw (14) at the bottom of the battery casing.
– Detach the battery casing (15).
– Open the battery casing cover and change the batteries for new ones.
– Reassemble in reverse order.
Changing the printed circuit board (figures 3, 4, 6)
– Remove the shelves (22) and the cover flanges (20) undo the locking screw (19) of the shower bar
and the sleeve(18) and detach the shower bar.
– Undo the locking screw (14) of the battery casing (15), detach the casing and disconnect the wire (21).
– Close the water inlet to the faucet.
– Undo the locking screws (11) of the faucet body and detach the body by pulling it off firmly.
– Open the couplings (24) of the copper pipes coming from the diverter.
– Disconnect the connectors from the printed circuit board.
Connectors: A=Membrane switch, B=Electronic box, C=Stepper motor, D=Printed circuit board of
diverter
– Open screws (25) and disconnect temperature sensor.
– Detach the diverter body from the thermostat body by unscrewing the nut (26).
– Remove the old circuit board.
– Install the new circuit board.
– Reassemble in reverse order.
