4. ISOLATION PROCESS
(1) The bottom is folded half folded with three layers by the insulating rubber strip and should be
fastened.
(2)The outer layer is subjected to 30 ~ 50% load at half load with four layers by PVC waterproof
strip, each layer is gradually extended outward and should be fastened.

6. MAINTENANCE
1. Regularly check the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor housing. The in-
sulation resistance must exceed 1MΩ when approaching operating temperature. Otherwise, other
corresponding measures should be taken.
2. After normal operation for 2500 hours, maintenance work must be carried out according to
the following measures: Oil change: Unscrew the oil-fi lled plug to fi ll the oil chamber with 10 #
mechanical oil to 80-90% of its capacity. Pressure test: The pressure test is to be carried out after
repair or replacement. The pressure must remain 0.2 MPa with 3 minutes until there is no leakage
or sweating.
