USE
Female Thread
Select the matching tap according to the size
and pitch, apply a little oil or grease and insert
in the thread.
Put a tool with 12 mm width across flats onto
the tap and rethread by slowly turning
clockwise.
External Thread
Select the matching die according to the size
and pitch.
Apply a little oil or grease to the thread of the
bolt.
Pull the two halves of the die apart a little and
position them on the threaded bolt.
Push the die holder over the die. In doing so,
observe that the bolt in the holder engages the
die.
Put a tool with 24 mm width across flats onto
the die holder and rethread by slowly turning.
