5. Spraying Home-And-Garden Chemicals
WARNING
• Always wear eye protection with side shields
or goggles marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1.
Wear a face or dust mask when using the fogger.
Failure to do so could result in fluids entering
your eyes and lungs resulting in possible serious
injury.
a. Open the battery bay door and attach the
battery pack Securely close the battery bay
door.
b. Turn the fogger on as described in section "To
Start/Stop the Fogger".
c. Aim the spraying nozzle directly at the plants or objects you wish to spray.
NOTE: Make sure to stand far enough from the object being sprayed to prevent the spray from
splashing back onto you.
d. Release the spray trigger to stop the fogger.
e. Always empty, clean, and drain the tank after every use as directed in the "Care and
Maintenance" section.
f. When finished with the fogger, thoroughly wash hands and any area where skin has been
exposed to the mist.
Operating Tips
• Never point the spraying nozzle at yourself or others.
• Avoid spraying on windy days. Spray can be accidentally blown onto plants or objects that
should not be sprayed.
• Never point the fogger in the direction of people or animals. Always spray downwind.
• Spray in the early morning or late afternoon, especially in warmer weather. Excessive heat
can evaporate the spray before it settles.
• Never smoke, eat, or drink while operating the fogger.
