Halo One Year Warranty
™
This warranty is for one year from the date of purchase, and includes only private
household vacuum cleaner use. The warranty is granted only to the original
purchaser and members of his or her immediate household family. Please keep
your sales receipt or other document showing proof of purchase. Keep the original
box and packing material in case you need to return your product. There is also a
lifetime warranty on the bulb chamber (see reference on page 10).
During the one year warranty period, if this Halo UV-ST Ultraviolet Vacuum has

been operated and maintained according to these owner's manual instructions,
Halo will, at its option, repair or replace any defects in material or workmanship
™
free of charge. This warranty specifically excludes vacuum cleaner bags, light
bulbs and filters, all of which are expendable parts and become worn during
normal use. This warranty also specifically excludes product repair or replacement
because of misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or other causes not within the
control of Halo Technologies, Inc. This warranty applies only while this product is

in use in the United States or Canada.
All implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this express
warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
In no event shall Halo be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may

incur in connection with your purchase or use of the Halo UV-ST Ultraviolet Vacuum.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
