Intended Use
The wall and ceiling sander is intended:
• for commercial use in industry and trade,
• for indoor and outdoor sanding of walls and ceil-
ings,
• for sanding of drywalls with joint compound
applied,
• for operation with accessories provided by Würth
for this power tool and approved for a speed of at
least 1750 rpm.
The use of cutting discs, grinding discs, flap discs and
wire brushes is not permitted.
When using the wall and ceiling sander, a class M vac-
uum cleaner must be connected.
For damage caused by usage other than intended, the
user is responsible.

 Before any work on the machine itself,
pull the mains plug.
Replacing the Velcro or support
plate (see figure A)
Firmly hold the sanding plate 2 together with the sand-
ing head 1, in order to prevent the sanding plate from
rotating.
Loosen screw 15 turning anticlockwise and remove it.
Dismount the sanding head 1 and exchange the parts
to be replaced.
Mount the sanding head 1 in the reverse order.
Mounting a Sanding Sheet
Remove the worn sanding disc from the Velcro plate
17. (see figure B)
Position the sanding sheet centred on the Velcro plate
17 and press it firmly against the Velcro plate.
Carry out a test run to check if the sanding sheet is
seated centred.
Changing the Brush Collar
(see figure C)
Dismount the sanding head 1 (see Section "Replacing
the Velcro or support plate (see figure A)").
Unscrew and remove the 7 screws, and remove the
brush collar 19.
Insert a new brush collar 19 and fasten it with the 7
screws.
