For Your Safety
Working safely with this unit is possible
only when the operating and safety infor-
mation are read completely and the
instructions contained therein are strictly
followed.
The laser beam can lead to damage of the
eyesight.
While adjusting the receiver, avoid looking
into the laser beam.
Due to the concentrated laser beam, also pay attention
to the path of the laser beam at larger distances.
Please also observe the safety warnings in the operating
instructions of the rotational laser level, which is oper-
ated together with this laser receiver.
Have repairs carried out only through a Würth af-
ter-sales service agent. Never open the unit yourself.
Use only original Würth parts and accessories.

Intended Use
The receiver is intended for reception and indication of
laser beams with a wavelength between 610 and 900 nm.
The user is responsible for damage caused by usage other
then intended.
Initial Operation
Inserting/Replacing Batteries
To open the battery compartment, lift the battery lid 12
using a screwdriver or a coin.
Insert two batteries into the battery compartment 12 and
close the battery lid 12 again.
Note: To prevent the batteries from running out when stor-
ing the laser receiver, remove the batteries from the battery
compartment.
Fastening the Receiver to the Adapter
The laser receiver can be mounted at two positions (adapter
attachment
"centre" 9
and
"off-set" 10) to the adapter 13.
Centre: Screw in the adapter 13 at the bottom position.
The specified height is centred. In this position, an
equally large measuring range above and below the
zero point (centre of the laser receiver) is available.
Off-set: Screw in the adapter 13 at the upper posi-
tion. The specified height is off-set upwards by
25 mm. In this position, a larger measuring range is
available below the zero point. This can always be useful
when working from above towards the specified level and
when the measuring range below the zero point is not or
only used for correction, e.g., when hammering-in height
pegs.
Switching the Receiver On/Off
Press the "On/Off" pushbutton" 4.
The receiver carries out a self-check. The laser-height indi-
cation LEDs 5 on the front side as well as all LCD symbols
light up briefly and an audio signal sounds.
"CAL" is indicated on the display. The receiver takes over
the last stored settings.
Note: When the receiver is in the laser plane when switch-
ing on, "E200" is indicated on the display.
To switch off, press the "On/Off" pushbutton 4 for at
least 3 seconds.
Adjusting the Audio Signal
The receiver responds to the laser beam with audio signals
(see Chapter "Display and Audio Signals").
Briefly pressing the "audio signal" pushbutton 2
changes the setting (see Table). The setting is acknowl-
edged with an audio signal.
Adjusting the Measuring Tolerance
The receiver can respond to the laser beam with varying
sensitivity (see Chapter "Display and Audio Signals").
Press the "Tolerance" pushbutton 1 once to indicate the cur-
rent value. The value is indicated in the set unit of measure.
