PROBLEM
The automation fails to turn on
Only the control panel fails to turn on
The leaf moves in the opposite direc-
tion
The door does not open

The photocell orange led is on

Problem solving

POSSIBLE CAUSES
• Mains power failure
• Cut-out switch on OFF
8A fuse tripped
•
Connector C16M is not connected
•
• 2A fuse tripped
• The motor phases are not con-
nected correctly
• The limit switch FCA is pressed
The sensitive ridge and/or photo-
•
cell are in an alarm condition
• The lock is locked
The limit switch FCC is pressed
•
• The sensitive ridge and/or photo-
cell are in an alarm condition
• Automatic closing is deactivated
(in the case of expecting auto-
matic closing
• The lock is locked
• There is an obstacle between the
photocell and the reflex reflector
or emitter
• The photocell is not aligned cor-
rectly with the reflex reflector or
emitte
• There is condensate in the reflex
reflector
• Blown bulb
• The flashing light is not connect-
ed
SOLUTION
• Connect the mains
• Move the cut-out switch to ON
Change the fuse

Connect connector C16M
•
• Change the fuse
• Invert the grey cable and the
brown cable inside the motor
• Check the FCA and its adjustment
Check that there are no hindranc-

es to the safety devices
• Open the lock
Check the FCC and its adjustment
•
• Check that there are no hindranc-
es to the safety devices
• Activate automatic closing from
the ZELIO PLC menu on the con-
trol panel
• Open the lock
• Remove the obstacle that is in-
terrupting the photocell beam
Check that the photocell is
•
aligned throughout the door

Clean the reflex reflector

• Change the 24V-25W bulb
• Connect it through C10M
