WABCO tyre pressure monitoring system IVTM:
Never carry out the inflation of the tire with tire
sealing compound using the hose of the wheel
module, this should only be carried out directly on
the valve stem. This will lead to the bonding of the
wheel module that will then lose its function.
Tyre pressure monitoring systems by other
manufacturers: Clarify the use of Tire Premium
Seal with the respective system supplier.
The position of the tire inflation connection on
your vehicle can be found in the vehicle manual.
Usually a test connection can be used from the
braking system when there is no specific tire
inflation connection on the unloader.
The maximum permitted pressure of 9 bar in the
bottle of tire sealing compound must not be
exceeded.
4 Repair
4.1 Standard axle, dual wheels -
inwards
The valve stem points away from the vehicle. Use the
longer valve extractor made of metal / plastic.

– Remove the valve cap; with damaged inward dual
wheel unscrew the valve extension.
– Screw the valve extractor onto the valve stem.
– Turn the rod of the valve extractor (using the knurl)
using simultaneous counter pressure, until the
valve insert in the valve stem is locked in the
support of the rod.
– Keep turning the rod counter clockwise until the
valve insert is extracted from the valve stem and
draw back the rod. If you cannot see the valve
insert in the valve extractor, repeat the unscrew
procedure.
Caution! Provided that there is enough pressure
in the tire, this air will then escape from the side
connection.
– Attach the bottle with the tire sealing compound to
the side connection of the valve extractor using
the pipe provided.

Operating Instructions
– Hang the sealing compound bottle using the
provided hook vertically on the rim. The blue cap
must be facing upwards.
– Connect the tire inflating hose provided to the tire
inflation connection of the vehicle.
– Attach the other side of the tire inflation
connection (via snap closure) to the valve on the
bottle.
– Press the pressure valve at the pressure gauge
on the tire inflation hose and build-up the pressure
in the bottle so that the liquid runs completely into
the tire. Check the pressure gauge (max. 9 bar).
When repairing SuperSingles, you must use an
additional bottle of tyre sealing compound to
inflate the tyres.
In this case, first remove the tyre inflation hose
from the first bottle and then screw the valve
insert into the valve stem using the rod.
Now change the bottle.
Screw valve insert out again and pull it
backwards. Continue inflating the tyre.
– Push the valve insert back into the valve stem
using the rod and tighten clockwise.
– Remove the bottle and valve extractor from the
valve stem.
– With damaged inward dual wheel now replace the
valve extension onto the valve stem.
– Remove the tire inflation hose from the bottle.
– Attach the tire inflation hose directly onto the tire
valve or valve extension.
– Re-inflate the tire using the operating tire pressure.
– Place the valve cap back on the valve.
4.2 Dual wheel outside
The valve stem points to the middle of the vehicle
and is not easily accessible. Use the shorter valve
extractor made of metal.
– Remove the valve cap.
– Place the valve extractor onto the valve stem.
– Turn the valve extractor until the valve insert locks
into the slot of the valve insert turner.
