6.7. INSPECTION

Before starting the job, the correct working of all handling and safety devices must be checked.

The good condition of the power cables must be checked
3.
Check always the connection voltage.

If defects are found in the safety devices or other defects which could reduce the safe handling of
the equipment, the job must by cancelled and the maintenance must be done.
6.8. SWITCHING ON THE MACHINE
Check that the motor is securely positioned in the fixing point. In case the motor is fixed in a fastenning
clamp, also check if the safety strap is installed correctly.
Check that there are no persons around the motor.
Press the ON/OFF switch (if is equipped) or, failing this, switch on the electrical outlet of the converter.
6.9. SWITCHING OFF THE MACHINE
Press the ON/OFF switch (if is equipped) or, failing this, switch off the electrical outlet of the converter.
6.10. MAINTENANCE
Clean the machine.
Visual inspection of all
components.
Check the power cables and the
connection plug.
Check the fixing bolts and nuts.

Only an expert must work on the electrical parts.
2.
Before manipulating the machine be sure that it is disconnected from the power supply.
